Hi, sorry for not posting the above.

Its an LG G3 D855.
When i connect the phone it shows up as Lg phone in my computer.

But my problem is that when i press manage and then press devices its under portable devices instead of android phone or adb interface. When i right click the driver under portable devices (my lg phone) it tries to install the latest driver but fails and tells me to install the MTP driver and redirects me.

I get no error code just the message i said before (not sure if it is the exact words because my system language is in swedish but i think its the same.)

I would suggest to visit the LG phone website and try to install the latest driver software and check if it resolves the issue.

2. Right Click the driver installation file and select Properties/Compatibility Tab.

Hi!

As I stayed above I have a already installed the latest driver. I do not think that the problem is with the lg driver.

It is when I try to install the Windows driver I get an error.

Please install the media pack and the issue will get resolved. N skus don't come by default media stacks installed.
