The official v2013 patch for Street Fighter X Tekken on the PC is now unofficially available. You can download the rather large 809 MB file off of Microsoft's Xbox.com website, but doing so will mean you cannot play online until the patch is officially released. This updates the game to v1.08.
If you're dying to get into training mode though and try your hand at the v2013 rule set, this is a good way to do so.
The official release should be fairly soon, so if this is something you're highly anticipating, it shouldn't be long before you can grab it through more traditional means.
